The final session of the Welloeye™ Eye Health Campaign at D’Monte Bayu Mutiara wrapped up on 11th June 2025, marking the successful conclusion of our collaborative initiative to educate and empower young minds on the importance of eye care.
This campaign, in collaboration with the D’Monte Preschool Group, has touched multiple kindergartens and left a lasting impact on hundreds of adorable kids. The closing session at Bayu Mutiara was no exception, packed with engaging activities, practical knowledge, and meaningful takeaways.
The session began with an engaging activity where students discovered that eye (pupil) colours can vary among individuals—a simple yet fascinating fact that sparked their curiosity about human uniqueness and diversity. Following that, the students were introduced to the widely recommended 20:20:20 rule for eye care. They learned that by taking a 20-second break to look at something 20 feet away every 20 minutes of screen time, they could help protect their vision from digital strain—this is especially important in today’s tech-driven world.
A key part of the session involved a live demonstration on how to safely and effectively consume Welloeye™, helping the students understand its purpose and how it supports eye health. This was followed by a fun and educational segment where students explored the natural ingredients inside Welloeye™, such as lutein and blueberry extract, and learned how each one contributes to better eye function and protection.
The campaign concluded with an on-site eye screening, giving each student a basic check-up and helping them become more aware of their current eye condition. This final activity reinforced the importance of regular vision checks and made the learning experience both personal and practical.
As the final stop in our D’Monte collaboration, the Bayu Mutiara session served as a celebration of everything we’ve achieved together. From awareness to action, this initiative helped equip children with the knowledge to care for their eyes early in life.
